    We were notified by National office that any members that have not switched to EDues by 5/1 and have not been dropped from our rosters will be charged to our Local as per capita. If our Local was to keep the members on our roster that have not switched on our roles it would cost our Local almost 10,000 dollars a month that we would not have.
